Metavanadate
Metavanadate is a form of vanadium with known toxicity when ingested or inhaled. It is a skin, eye
and respiratory irritant. Although the toxicity for vanadium is considered low when administered
orally, long term effects have not been studied. It affects lungs, kidneys, immune system,
cardiovascular system and nervous system.
